Exclamation Services is a limited liability company (LLC) run by a board of directors elected by Simplicity Credit Union. Simplicity Credit Union is the sole owner of Exclamation Services, LLC.
Exclamation Services provides Marketing services to credit unions and non-credit union clients.

Reports To: Brand and Content Manager
The Community Engagement Specialist serves in a dual role with Exclamation Services (CUSO) and Simplicity CU. This position is responsible for the assistance and administration of marketing efforts including but not limited to public relations, event planning, and general marketing duties.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, that always projects a positive and friendly image for the credit union service organization through interactions with clients and co-workers. This position will work out of our Marshfield Thomas House location and remote work is an option after training has been completed.
Planning, coordination, and execution of events, within approved budget, for both clients and the CUSO.
Content creation, strategy, and publishing for all public relations including internal and external events.
Assist the Marketing Team with the creation and development of content including visual graphics, video, in branch digital signage content, online banking content, text communication, email, website, and social media content.
Assist the Marketing Team in maintaining up-to-date information and communication for project management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to successfully accomplish client and Simplicity’s strategic initiatives. Assist the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns for new and existing products and services.
Reinforce continuous collaboration and respectful communication between all departments by promoting strong, positive, and productive working relationships through the commitment to the company’s core values, vision and mission statements.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
