We’ve been fortunate to work with our friends at the Marshfield Area United Way to create campaign videos for the last few years, and it’s always gratifying to mix our passion with their purpose. For 2023, though, our Visual Creator, Kylie, was eager to challenge herself and fully animate a short video to create something special.
The video that she created with the help of the United Way team tells the story of the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population in our home county, illustrates the effects of poverty throughout a person’s lifetime, and highlights how the United Way can help.
Kylie started as a Youth Apprentice on our team in high school, and she’s been our specialist for unique and colorful illustrations (like the ones we use for our Podcast, Awsomology) since the start. She’s in her last year of college, so this summer was the perfect time for Kylie to apply what she’s learned and stretch her creative muscles even more.
While this is a new (and time intensive) type of video for our team, we love to create all kinds of videos. You can see more of our video work here on our portfolio.
