What Inspired Us to Survey Wisconsin Credit Unions?

We started Exclamation Services with two core assumptions:

  1. That we’re more the same than we are different
  2. We’ll move forward faster if we help each other

From there it was only natural that we started asking our friends in the credit union industry to tell us more. What are their hopes, frustrations, and Big Wild Ideas? Most importantly, how can we all work together to get them where they want to be?

Specifically, we asked questions about:

  • Whether they’re getting what they need from the partners we all trust
  • If their teams are confident in the face of an increasingly complex regulatory environment
  • What human resources they can devote to some of their most vital business functions
  • What they’d like to add and change to move forward into the future
